Dryer

Dryer refers to a kind of mechanical equipment that vaporizes and escapes the moisture in the material (generally refers to moisture or other volatile liquid components) through heating to obtain solid materials with specified moisture content. It is a kind of mechanical equipment to realize the drying process of materials.

Modern dryers began to use fixed bed dryers with intermittent operation. In the mid-19th century, the use of tunnel dryer marked the development of dryer from intermittent operation to continuous operation. Most industrial products need drying treatment at a certain production stage, and the materials need to have a specific moisture content for processing, molding or granulation. Dryers can be classified according to different characteristics such as operation process, operation pressure, heating mode, wet material movement mode or structure.
