Horizontal Storage Tank

Horizontal storage tank is a long container used to store crude oil, vegetable oil, chemical solvents, water or other petroleum products. The volume of horizontal oil tank is generally less than 100 cubic meters. It is generally circular, oval and other irregular shapes.

Horizontal cylindrical oil tank is also widely used. Because it has the ability to bear high positive pressure and negative pressure, it is conducive to reduce the evaporation loss of oil products and reduce the risk of fire. It can be manufactured in batches in machinery and then transported to the construction site for installation, which is convenient for handling and demolition, and has good mobility. The disadvantage is that the capacity is generally small, the quantity used is large, and the floor area is large. It is suitable for small distribution oil depots, rural oil depots, urban gas stations, military field oil depots or enterprise affiliated oil depots. It is also used as auxiliary oil tank in large oil depot, such as vent tank and metering tank
